1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the m1play website accessible at m1play.lat and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered or seeks to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by m1play subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and address verification conducted by m1play.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the m1play Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all games and services offered on m1play, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sportsbook, fishing games, and Sic Bo. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3. Account Registration

To use the m1play Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, and per device or IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m1play will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify m1play immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
• m1play reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Age Restriction

The m1play Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. It is illegal for individuals under the age of 21 to open an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform.

m1play conducts periodic age verification checks. If at any point a Player is found to be under 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

5. Deposits & Payments

m1play accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency. All deposits are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary bypayment method and Player tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. In the event of a delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• m1play does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your m1play Account. Any deposits from mismatched sources may be reversed and your Account flagged for review.
• m1play reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., MyKad) and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is to prevent money laundering and comply with anti-fraud obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1–3 business days, though m1play endeavours to complete most withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before the corresponding Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• m1play reserves the right to carry out additional security and verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 10,000.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction request.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

m1play offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms, and the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal can be requested against those funds.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, only wagers placed on slots contribute 100% towards the Wagering Requirement. Live casino, Sic Bo, sportsbook, and fishing games may contribute at a lower percentage rate.
• m1play reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotion terms indicate otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or exploiting promotion loopholes — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, reversal of associated winnings, and possible permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of any promotional offer is strictly prohibited.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the m1play Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• m1play reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant game provider or official sporting body shall be final.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all product categories and are displayed within the respective game interfaces.
• m1play may impose individual betting limits on specific Accounts at our sole discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m1play Platform. Any Player found engaging in such conduct will face immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards m1play staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the m1play Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of m1play or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the m1play Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of m1play's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m1play shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failures, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party game providers whose products are hosted on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits m1play's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

m1play collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

13. Responsible Gaming

m1play is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across our entire platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players can configure session time reminders and automatic logouts to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting [email protected].
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional in-session prompts reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account or any transaction on the Platform, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: m1play will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 7 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following our internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution service as notified by m1play from time to time.

All decisions made by m1play regarding disputes are final and binding unless overturned through the escalation process described above. During an active dispute, m1play reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing on the disputed amount pending resolution.

15. Amendments to Terms

m1play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on your Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure of m1play to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
